Kuda Kachere

My career in Human Services started in the United Arab Emirates, where I was privileged to work with autistic children for five years as a therapeutic support personnel. With my degree in psychology and a heart for kids, I was able to be part of a breakthrough team that advocated for children with autism in Dubai, also working with parents on how to best care for their children.

I then transitioned to adults here in Massachusettes where I worked with the mental health population, and I was part of a team that spearheaded the start of an SIE (Supported Independed Environment) program, which focused on preparing individuals for reengagement into the community by teaching them basic skills, which included ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), life skills (cooking, budgeting, self-advocacy), care coordination, remote technology, and community participation.

This challenged me to do more for the community around me; as a result, I pursued a second degree in the field of social work so I can provide 360 care, which includes improving overall well-being, advocating, and being the hope of an individual or families.

In 2020, I founded Boston Life Care to provide quality care to individuals in need of support in the comfort of their homes. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized, compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. Human services is more than a career for me; it brings me fulfillment and a sense of purpose. We continue to transform lives one client at a time.

Thank you for trusting us.
